Additional Server Disk Space Requirements

This requirement is based on the total number of users who will be training in
the Passport Learning® Academy Suite, not on the concurrent users. It is an
annual requirement. That is, unless a new database is created, for example after
archiving the current year’s database on a different computer, additional
storage space is required each year.

Allow approximately 3 MB per user per year for the Academy of READING®
and 3 MB per user per year for the Academy of MATH®. If the same user is
training in the Academy of READING® and the Academy of MATH®, then the
annual incremental disk space requirement for that user would be 6 MB.
